As I was reflecting on the intensity of some trials I’ve been recently experiencing, the word shrapnel came to my mind. I would never ever NEVER just think about a word like shrapnel! Shrapnel is defined as fragments of a bomb, shell, or other object thrown out by an explosion. The Lord said the weapon was formed to destroy you, but I only allowed the fragments to hit you- you will recover! The bible says in Isaiah 59:19 (KJV) “ When the enemy shall come in like a flood, the Spirit of the Lord shall lift up a standard against him.”
